Photo Estimate
Submit an inspection report and clear photographs for a preliminary exterior repair budget. Best for early negotiations and straightforward visible conditions.
Identify visible exterior concerns before the property reaches the market and prioritize items that may affect presentation, inspection, or buyer confidence.
Related exterior punch-list items may be reviewed within Elevation's approved scope. Submission does not guarantee that every item is supported. We will identify unsupported or separately licensed work before accepting the request.
How it works
From Inspection Report to Clear Next Step
Review comes first. You are not charged automatically when you submit.
Provide the property address, transaction deadline, inspection report, photographs, access information, and the person responsible for the estimate fee.
02
Confirm the request
Elevation reviews the submission, confirms whether the scope is supported, and identifies whether a photo review or site visit is appropriate.
03
Receive the estimate
The agent or authorized customer receives a written estimate with the reviewed scope, pricing assumptions, exclusions, and validity period.
04
Approve the work
If Elevation is selected to perform repairs, the property owner receives a separate written home-improvement agreement before scheduling or payment for construction work.
05
Document completion
When applicable, Elevation provides before-and-after photographs, completion notes, final invoicing, and available warranty information.
Clear boundaries
What the Estimate Is and Is Not
An Elevation estimate is a contractor's pricing opinion for the visible or documented scope reviewed at the time of the request. It is not a home inspection, appraisal, engineering report, environmental assessment, municipal inspection, lender approval, title opinion, or code certification.
Concealed damage is excluded unless specifically documented.
Pricing may change after field verification, material selection, engineering, permitting, or discovery of concealed conditions.
The estimate does not guarantee acceptance by a buyer, seller, lender, appraiser, inspector, title company, municipality, or other party.
The estimate does not guarantee that a real estate transaction will close.
Repair work requires a separate signed agreement with the property owner or legally authorized party.
